What is our service?
Our service is designed to connect restaurants with customers seamlessly. Customers use our app to search for and order food. Restaurants advertise their menus on our app and receive orders directly through the provided tablet. Once the food is ready, our delivery team collects and delivers these orders to the customer on our branded scooters. Our friendly and local customer support team is always ready to assist each group at every step along the way.
How will my orders be delivered?
Your orders are collected and delivered by our team on branded scooters. They wear insulated delivery backpacks to keep the food warm and secure. In response to COVID-19, our delivery team adheres to strict hygiene and safety requirements, and all deliveries are contact-free.
How do I become a restaurant partner?
Simply fill out the form on the page above to tell us about your restaurant. A local representative will then touch base with you to answer any questions you may have. From there, you will receive your tablet and be able to complete your restaurant listing and menu. You will also be able to schedule a professional photoshoot.
How long does it take to become a restaurant partner?
We believe there will be huge demand for delivered food the day New Zealand comes out of Alert Level 4. For this reason, we are working around the clock to ensure that restaurants who want to be signed up in time for our launch, can be. We pride ourselves on our ability to have restaurants up and running in just a few days!

It's easy to set up your restaurant details and menu on our platform. Once everything is looking just right, you can mark your restaurant as open. You will then be able to receive and accept orders on the provided tablet. You can mark specific menu items as unavailable at any time and close your restaurant as you please.
How does pricing work?
There is a one-time activation fee to set up your restaurant which includes the software, a tablet and a professional photoshoot. We are currently running a special sign-up price of $100 so register your interest today. After this one-time fee, a flat commission rate covers all service fees including delivery. There are no additional fees and of course you do not need to pay any delivery staff or arrange your own delivery vehicles.
